PAYMENT: Cash only

DEPOSIT: I require a non-refundable deposit from new clients: $20 for new lash clients, $50 for new brow clients. The date will not be secured until the deposit is given. The deposit goes towards the final cost of the service. The deposit will be forfeited if: No shows, canceling/rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment date, showing up more than 15 minutes late, showing up with conditions listed in the list of conditions not suitable for PMU. 

 

CANCELLATIONS /RESCHEDULES: I require a minimum notice of  48 hours for all cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will be an extra $20 charged towards the next appointment. Please note that although rescheduling is okay, too much rescheduling is also not acceptable. No shows are unacceptable and will result in losing the privilege to book again unless full service + late fee is paid beforehand.

EARLY /LATE: Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. I routinely and thoroughly sanitize my tools and station in between every client and need time to do so. Please notify if you are running late, if arriving more than 15 minutes late, there will be a $20 late charge or we may have to reschedule (late fee charged to the next appointment).

GUEST POLICY: For security and distraction reasons, I do not allow guests or plus ones unless discussed prior to the appointment.

ILLNESS: Please notify before booking if you have any medical conditions, taking medication, if you are pregnant, etc. This may affect if lash extensions or Brow PMU are/is suitable for you. Please look at the list of unsuitable conditions in the "The Process" tab.

REFUNDS: I do not offer refunds however if you are not satisfied with your lash extensions, please contact me within 5 days. I will be happy to fix any mishaps within 5 days. 

If you happen to get an allergic reaction with lash extensions, I will be happy to offer a free removal

POLICY/ DISCLAIMER specific to LASH SERVICES: 

-Fills are required every 2-3 weeks depending on your retention. At least 40% of lashes must be remaining. After 3 weeks it is automatically counted as FULL set.

-I may be able to do external fills depending on the condition of the lashes

POLICY/ DISCLAIMER specific to BROW SERVICE:

- If the touch-up is booked past 8 weeks, it is no longer free. Between 8-12 weeks the touch up will be $50. Anything past 12 weeks will be the price of the 6 month touch up.

- it is NOT my RESPONSIBILITY to reach you for a touch-up. I advise booking one month prior to secure a spot.

-If you no show/ arrive more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be needed. Same goes for touch up, it will have to be reschedules and will no longer be free.
