What are lash Extensions?
Lash extensions are used to naturally enhance one's eyelashes! A synthetic silk eyelash (multiple if it's a volume set) is placed individually to each healthy lash in order to create more length and fullness that lasts up to 3 weeks or more weeks!
Is it possible to replicate lashes from a reference photo?
Everyone's eye shape and natural lashes are very different so although it may possible to create a similar look, it will be impossible to make it look exactly the same. Please come with reasonable expectations, for ex: if your lashes are too weak/ sparse it may be impossible to create a super bold look as I never put one's lash health in danger.
Is everything clean / sanitized?
Sanitation is my number one priority. All mascara brushes, gel pads, microswabs, etc. are one time use. Tweezers are cleaned in between clients with alcohol and soaked every night with disinfectant solution.
My retention is really good. They still look full at 3 weeks, why do I still have to pay for a full set after 3 weeks?
I used to wonder this as well before I became a lash tech myself so I understand peoples confusion/frustration. What many people do not know is that even if your lashes still look full at 3 weeks, many lashes are grown out which must be removed which ends up leaving you with way fewer lash extensions attached, normally leaves 30-40% behind. so when you wait past 3 weeks, most of your lashes are going to be grown out so most will have to be removed, that's why it will be considered a full set.
